Exchanges & Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase! Is your order not quite to your liking? No problem – at Johanna's Little Ones you can easily return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

How does it work?

1. Send an email to service@johannaslittleones.nl with:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for return

2. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours with the return instructions and return label.

3. Stick the label on the package and drop it off at a shipping point as indicated.

Important:

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
  
• After receipt, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 3 working days .
